Ganderbal, Aug 16 (KNZ): A 12-year-old boy died after he drowned into Nallah Sindh near Newly constructed Wayil bridge in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Wednesday.
Official sources said that a rescue operation was launched after a minor boy drowned while taking bath in Nallah Sindh in Wayil area of Ganderbal district.
The minor boy has been identified as Haziq Imtiyaz, son of Imtiyaz Ahmad of Manigam Ganderbal.
He said that soon after the incident a rescue operation was launched to retrieve the teenager from the river Sindh
Ganderbal Police registered a case in this regard and investigation is going on.(KNZ)
