Jammu, February 07:
Director General of Police Shri Dilbag Singh on Saturday issued the promotions orders of 25 Sub Inspectors to the Rank of Inspectors.As recommended by the Departmental Promotion Committee regarding the grant of promotions to the police personnel of Armed wing, promotions in respect of 25 Sub Inspectors to the Rank of Inspectors has been ordered vide Police Headquarter’s Order No. 956 of 2020.
Those who have been promoted include Rajash Pal, Davinder Singh, Reenu Rattan, Nisar Hussain, Sardari Lal, Gulzar Ahmad, Nissar Ahmad Mir, MOhammd Saleem, Gh. Mohammad Lone, Peerzada Bashir, Syed Arif Iqbal, Manjeet Singh, Mohammad Akbar, Hardeep Singh, Sajid Mirza, Feroz Yousuf Lone, Waqar Younus, Muzaffer Ahmad Ganie, Nadeem Mubarik, MOhammd Altaf Ganie, Shaid Amin Khosa, Rakesh Kuar, Firdous Ahamd Bhat and Sunil Kumar, Waheed Shahzad.
However, the formal promotion orders in respect of Sunil Kumar and Waheed Shahzad will be issued only after the completion of Pre-promotion course successfully.DGP, J&K congratulated the promoted officers and their family members. He expressed his hope the promotion will serve as an inspiration for the personnel to perform their duties in higher ranks with enhanced dedications and zeal.
