Ganderbal, May 23: A 75 year old lady with co-morbidity hailing from Duderhama Ganderbal breathed her last at District Hospital this afternoon.
Khati Begum, wife of Late Abdul Ahad Tantray of Duderhama Ganderbal was suffering with kidney problems since more than a year and her creatinine level had raised besides falling prey to bilateral pneumonia. Her test for Covid-19 had resulted positive.
The funeral prayers and other rites were held under proper Covid protocol at around 4:30 pm.
The bereaved family members of the deceased have requested all people not to visit their residence. Condolences and sympathies may however be conveyed via phone or sms.
