Bandipora, 07 July: At least three persons were injured in an LPG cylinder blast inside a kitchen of a house in Kudara Village of Bandipora district on thursday.
All the injured suffered minor injuries in the blast that took place at around 11:00 am an official sources told.
They said that the LPG gas cylinder blast occurred in the house of Mohd. Shafi in Kudara Village, leading to the injuries to three persons.
Meanwhile people and police rushed to the spot and doused off the flames.
The timely action, they said, prevented the fire from spreading further and was contained before it could cause severe damage to the house.
In fact, they said, barring small damage to the Kitchen, the rest of the house was saved.
All the three injured refered by incharge BMO Bndipora from Chuntimulla to Bandipora DH for further treatment.
