Srinagar, Feb 09 : Three separatist leaders from Kashmir valley met top leadership in Delhi for the first time after revocation of Special status and bifurcation of the state into two Union territories.

Highly placed sources confirmed to news agency (KDC) that three separatist leaders including a top Hurriyat leader met top political leadership in New Delhi after revocation of special status.

Sources said that the three separatist leaders held few meetings and bowed before the top leadership to bail them out in various cases registered against them in anti national activities during the past.

If sources are to be believed, the separatist leaders have tendered unconditional apology for their past activities.

As per political analysts the development is seen as a major setback to separatist narrative as they had been propagating a different narrative on International forums about Kashmir.

“The video of the meeting was also run by a local news channel (ANN) in its prime time programme titled ‘Saath say Aath 7-8’.

However, the channel blurred the faces of separatist leaders but confirmed that the Kashmir based separatist leaders went to Delhi with a begging bowl.

As the news broke, it was shared by thousands of viewers on social media in Kashmir. (KDC)
