Ganderbal 13 Aug (KNZ):A blood donation camp was organised by 34 Asam Rifles (Kilo Force) Wussan Camp in collaboration with Govt Medical college Srinagar at Margund Kangan in Ganderbal District
During the event while many of the civilian and soldiers donated blood, Commanding Officer 34AR,SDPO Kangan,Kangan Market President also came forward to participate in the initiative known for highest form of humanism.
A total of 198 individuals both including Army personnel,JK Police and civilians including female participated in the event.
All the norms related to blood donation as well as COVID-19 pandemic were adhered to during the camp.
Locals extended their gratitude to the Indian Army for showing such humanly approach and further improving the bond between locals and Jawan.
In the meantime, Indian Army also thanked participants for making the event successful.KNZ
