Hadith of the day 

Reminder to fast the three middle days of month (white days)

The Prophet (PBUH) said,

[ It is sufficient for you to fast three days in a month,

as the reward of a good deed is multiplied ten times,

so it will be like fasting throughout the year. ]

Narrated by Al-Bukhari & Muslim

NB: These days start tomorrow (Sunday).
