In Rajouri, four doctors have been booked for allegedly filming a female patient while she came in for a medical examination. Later, the accused released the video on a social media platform.
Though, the incident came to light after the victim patient lodged a complaint with the local police stating that a video had become viral on social media platforms which was filmed a long time ago when she went for a routine medical check-up to a doctor in Rajouri District hospital.
According to news agency IANS, the woman has alleged that the video was morphed before it was uploaded online and it aimed at outraging the modesty of a woman. The police have formed a Special Investigation Team to probe the matter.
The police officials told IANS that the preliminary investigation revealed that the video was filmed inside the clinic of a doctor in Rajouri district. They further mentioned that some government officials posted in the hospital including four doctors uploaded the clip on the internet which had gone viral on various social media platforms.
However, further investigation in the case is underway.
