Youth drowns in Jhelum at Kakapora, body fished out

Srinagar: A youth from south Kashmir’s Awantipora on Thursday was drowned in river Jhelum at Kakapora in Pulwama district, sources said.
Local sources told that the youth was drowned in Jhelum at Lalhar area where he had gone to for swimming.
They identified the youth as Amir Ahmad, resident of Reshipora Awantipora.
The body of the youth was later fished out by locals and handed over to his family.
