Ganderbal 19 May (KNZ): The Geology and Mining department last night seized 7 vehicles which were found involved in illegal mining in various areas of Ganderbal District
The operation was carried out by the Geology Mining Department in various areas of Ganderbal as a result of which 7 vehicles including 5 tippers,1 tractor and a tata Mobile seized by DMO Ganderbal.
DMO Ganderbal Majid Aziz Bhat said ,the special team of the Geology and mining department carried out the continue operation in Ganderbal
He said all vehicles after seizure were kept in the custody of police till realization of penalty from them as per the rules of Geology and Mining Department.KNZ
