GANDERBAL, 29 Aug— Showkat Hussain Shah, the Media Incharge and Senior Leader from Ganderbal, has expressed his strong support for his party’s decision to field candidates in the ongoing Assembly elections. Shah commended the top leadership for their unwavering commitment to the party’s foundational slogan, “Party First, Self Last.” In his statement, Shah welcomed the party’s choice of candidates, affirming his confidence in the leadership’s judgment especially , National President Shri JP Nadda, Shri Reddy Ji, Shri Tarun Caugh, Shri Ram Madhav, Shri Ravendra Raina, Shri Ashok Koul, Shri Sunil Sharma. “Our party has once again proven its dedication to merit and inclusivity by selecting candidates based on their capability and commitment to the people, rather than any familial or personal ties,” Shah stated, who is member of BJP since 11 years now.
He further highlighted that the BJP remains one of the few political entities in the country that actively discourages dynasty politics and autocracy, which he believes are significant obstacles to democratic progress. “Nepotism has no place in our party. We stand for a political culture where new, deserving candidates are given the opportunity to serve the people and contribute to the nation’s development,” Shah added.
