Baramulla, Dec 05 : Sopore Police has attached a single-storied residential house along with 16 Marlas of land (Survey No. 354) in estate nowpora Kalan Sopore, which belongs to Mohd Subhan Khan S/O Ab Satar Khan R/O Nowpora Kalan, Sopore under Section 25 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (UAPA).
This action is connected to Case FIR No. 105/2024 of Police Station Sopore.
The attachment was executed in the presence of a duly constituted police team and the Executive Magistrate, ensuring adherence to all legal protocols.
