Baramulla, Dec 9 : The faculty and staff of Government Nursing College (GNC) Baramulla extended a warm welcome to the Principal of Government Medical College (GMC) Baramulla, Prof. (Dr.) Majid Jahangir, during his visit to the college today.
Dr. Dilshada Wani, Vice Principal of GNC Baramulla, along with the faculty, received the worthy Principal with enthusiasm and appreciation. Accompanying Prof. (Dr.) Majid Jahangir were Dr. Shafkat, Registrar GMC Baramulla; Dr. Parvaiz masoodi the Medical Superintendent of the associated hospital GMC Baramulla; and the Planning Officer of GMC Baramulla.
During the visit, Prof. (Dr.) Majid Jahangir took a brief round of the Nursing College, interacting with faculty members and inspecting the facilities.
The visit reflected his commitment to fostering a collaborative environment between GMC Baramulla and its associated institutions.
The visit provided an opportunity to discuss academic and infrastructural development plans for the Nursing College.
The Principal expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the Vice Principal, faculty, and staff in maintaining high standards of education and infrastructure at the institution.
