Ganderbal Police Issues Advisory Amid Rising Water Level in River Sindh

Ganderbal, May 10(KNZ): Ganderbal Police on Sunday issued a public advisory urging residents, tourists, and visitors to maintain distance from the banks of the River Sindh in view of the rising water level and strong currents in the river.

In the advisory, police cautioned people, particularly youngsters, against bathing, swimming, or taking selfies near vulnerable spots along the river, stating that the fast-flowing waters could prove dangerous and may lead to tragic incidents.

The police also appealed to parents to keep a close watch on children and discourage them from venturing near the river banks.(KNZ)

Ganderbal Police urged the general public to cooperate with the administration and follow all safety advisories in the interest of protecting lives.
