GANDERBAL, May 11(KNZ): A bus facility has been sanctioned for Government Degree College Ganderbal after a long-pending demand,sources said on Monday
The decision followed the intervention of CM Omar Abdullah, who represents the Ganderbal constituency in the Legislative Assembly, the sources added.
The college had been facing transportation-related difficulties for several years in the absence of a proper bus facility.
Sources said the bus is expected to reach the institution shortly and will be put into service after completion of the necessary formalities.(KNZ)
