NC Faces Political Setback in Ganderbal as Sayim Mustafa Resigns

Ganderbal May 16(Knz):National Conference leader Sayim Mustafa on Saturday announced his resignation from the party in a development seen as a political setback for the ruling party in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.

 

 

Mustafa made the announcement through a Facebook post. He, however, did not specify the reasons behind stepping down from the party.

 

 

The resignation has sparked discussion in political circles in Ganderbal, long considered a stronghold of the National Conference.

 

 

There was no immediate reaction from the party leadership at the time this report was filed.
