Ganderbal, August 15, 2026: Agriculture Department officer Mr. Irfan Rashid Hakeem, associated with the Agriculture Sub-Division Ganderbal, was honoured on the occasion of Independence Day in recognition of his dedicated services and valuable contribution to the agriculture sector.
During the Independence Day celebrations in Ganderbal, the Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal presented a Certificate of Appreciation to Mr. Hakeem, acknowledging his sincerity, commitment and commendable services towards farmers and public welfare.
