Ganderbal, September 15: The District Election Office, Ganderbal conducted interactive-cum-learning sessions for Electoral Literacy Club (ELC) Coordinators of 17-Kangan (ST) and 18-Ganderbal Assembly Constituencies to facilitate the registration and onboarding of ELCs on the Election Commission of India (ECI) Portal.
The session for 17-Kangan was held on September 14 at the Conference Hall of the BDO Office, Kangan, while the session for 18-Ganderbal was conducted on September 15 at the Conference Hall, Mini Secretariat, Ganderbal.
The sessions focused on practical guidance regarding portal login, registration and the effective functioning of ELCs under the ELC 2.0 framework.
ELC Coordinators from Government and private high and higher secondary schools across the constituencies participated actively in the programme.
