Doda August 30【KNZ】:A Massive protest / demonstration of Casual labours pf various departments including Anganwari workers and helpers under the banner of J&K National Trade Union front (JKNTF) at Doda.Protest was held against the delaying policy of the government and various departments who are not releasing wages of the casual labours particularly PHE Campa of forest department anganwari workers , Agriculture , Forest cat etc and pending honorarium of Anganwari workers & Helpers.
Hundreds of casual labours of various departments assembled in PHE office Doda and raised slogans in support of their demands urging the state govt to release their due pending wages without further delay.
While addressing the protesting casual labours & Anganwari workers Barkat Ali District president JKNTUF condemned the anty worker attitude of the govt thus forcing the casual labours & anganwari workers to come on roads and raise the banner revolt against the govt.
Protester demanded over Release of pending wages of casual labours of various departments particularly PHE, PWD Forest Agriculture without further delay,
Release of pending honorarium of Anganwari workers & helpers who are suffering badly and submission of bio-metric information of casual labours of various department to the govt for regularization by the Govt.Among other Rekha Devi , Bala Devi , Shema Akther , and othet were also addressed the raily.
