RITES Limited, an engineering consultancy company, specializing in the field of transport infrastructure established in 1974 by the Government of India reached an agreement with the State Govt. To acquire the loan from the Japanese, a PPR had to be prepared and sent alongwith the Loan form as a prerequisite. RITES Limited has almost drafted the PPR and begun to prepare the DPR for Jammu Metro. After this, in the coming fortnight, DPR preparation for Srinagar Metro will also be initiated. After the submission of the DPR, the Japanese Govt. can allow to release the Loan for development of the project.
