Srinagar, September 28: On the directions of SSP Anantnag Shri Altaf Ahmad Khan, a police community group meeting in connection with the braid cutting incidents was held at SDPO Office Ashmuqam which was chaired by SDPO Pahalgam.
SDPO Pahalgam sought cooperation from the group members to keep extra vigil and cautious in their area. He also informed them about Special Investigation Team constituted by SSP Anantnag investigating the braid cutting cases.
He requested the group members to inform police if they found any suspicious movement in the area on the helpline numbers 01932-222870 or 100, which are already established for instant help.
