Jammu and Kashmir police on Thursday said they have withdrawn cases against 146 youth of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district who were named in twenty-one cases of stone-pelting.
Deputy Inspector General of Police South Kashmir Range Shri S.P Pani along with SSP Pulwama Shri Mohammad Aslam held an interactive session with the youth who have been granted amnesty announced by Hon’ble Chief Minister J&K.
In a statement police spokesman said, 146 youth from District Pulwama who has been granted amnesty were present in the interactive session. During the interaction session DIG South Kashmir Shri S.P Pani and SSP Pulwama Shri Mohammad Aslam talked with the youth and their parents. They motivated them to do well in life and become an asset for the society.
