Kulgam 01 July【KNZ】:Kulgam police arrested one person namely Farooq Ah shah s/o Gh Hassan shah R/o Amnoo kulgam who was transporting illegally four canes of Diesel (140lts) in a tavera bearing registration JK02S-9597
On this Instant a Case FIR No 33/2018 is registered in PS Devsar.
While Questioning the accused, he disclosed that he regularly receives Diesel from 9RR,further investigation going on.
SSP Kulgam said that we have arrest the said person with 140 litres of diesel while questioning the arrested person said that I am receiving this from Indian army of 9RR on regular basis and we started the investigation.he said
9RR army official told Kashmir News Zone-KNZ that I am rebutting the same has commented that it has always assisted any person in times of need.
Police vehicles are routinely filled up with diesel by Army camp Devsar and it has not ever been highlighted. and it is unfortunate that police is spreading slanderous views with respect to Indian army.KNZ
