Baramulla:Jammu and Kashmir Police filed a chargesheet today pertaining to murder of 03 Baramulla youth by Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorists on April 30,2018. The chargesheet was filed in the Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge Baramulla against two arrested Lashkar terrorists and two still at large terrorists of same terrorist organisation. Four accomplices who abetted in the commission of terror crime have also been arrested and chargesheeted in the case.
The weapons including two AK series rifles and one pistol used in the commission of Crime have also been produced before the honourable court. The copy of opinion from Forensic Science Laboratory confirming that bullets recovered on scene of crime have been fired by same weapons have also been appended in the chargesheet along the other oral and scientific evidence including the vehicle used in the commission of crime.
The Special Investigation team of Baramulla police headed by DySP Headquarters Baramulla has investigated the case making all out efforts to gather the evidence against the culprits involved in the crime.
The three young men killed during evening hours of April 30th this year were
1)Irfan Ahmad Sheikh @ Asif Sheikh S/O Ali Mohammad Sheikh R/O Syed kareem,Baramulla
2)Mohd Asgar Sheikh @ Afsar Khan S/O Mushtaq Ahmad Sheikh R/O Kakar Hamam,Baramulla and 3)Haseeb Nabi Khan S/O Gh Nabi Khan R/O Kakar Hamam,Baramulla.
Those chargesheeted include three terrorists of LeT namely Aijaz Gojri,Bilal Najar and Shoaib Akhoon. Shoaib Akhoon is however still at large. Rest of the terrorists and their abetters stand arrested and produced before the court.
