Srinagar:A fresh spell of rainfall lashed the plains of Jammu and Kashmir while the higher reaches received moderate snowfall on Wednesday.

A local meteorological department has predicted the wet weather for next 24 hours all over the state. “We are expecting gradual improvement from tomorrow onwards,” an official said.

The plains witnessed an overnight rains while as higher reaches received the moderate snow.
