Sumbal:13 RR Battalion Headquarters at Manasbal celebrated the auspicious day of “Shab-E Qudir” and organised an Iftaar Dawaat to convey Ramzan greeting to all and to urge everyone, to spread love, affection and mutual trust during this holy month.
The Dawaat was attended by many Prominent personalities of the AOR to include Sarpanches, Panches, Principals ,teachers of various schools, Indian Army Veterans, Maulvies of various masjids.
After breaking the fast with customary eating of dates and sharbat,the Rozdars offered Maghrib Nemaaz & prayed for peace & harmony in Kashmir valley . Sumptuous Waazwan dishes were offered which were relished by the guests who come in large number and mingled with each other
The Iftaar Dawaat received appreciation from all the eminent guests and was incremental in spreading the message of “Unity in Diversity”.
