Budgam, Aug 5, KDC: A 30-year-old man was critically injured after he was attacked by a wild bear while he was in component number 12 and 13 forest area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Wednesday.
An official told news agency Kashmir Dot Com-(KDC) that an elderly man identified as Bashir Ahmad Chohan son of Mam- Ud-Din Chohan of kharian Khansahib was attacked and injured critically by a bear while he was in a forest area.
Soon after the attack locals rushed to the spot and a wild bear escaped from the spot leaving the man critically injured.
He was immediately rushed to Sub district hospital (SDH) Khansahib for specialized treatment. (KDC)
