Pulwama, Aug 8, KNT: Two boys have been arrested during a nocturnal raid by government forces in Drabgam village of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Reports reaching news agency KNT said that a joint team of government forces raided Drabgam village during the intervening night of Friday and Saturday. “At least two youth have been arrested,” locals said.
The arrested duo have been identified as Riyafat Manzoor and Shahid Ahmad, both residents of Drabgam village.
Pertiently, four youth were detained from the same village few weeks ago on charges of being involved in ‘anti-national’ activities, locals said and identified them as Umer Hassan arrested on July 15, Sameer Ahmad and Irfan Ali arrested on July 19, and Yawar Ashraf arrested on August 5. (KNT)
