Ganderbal 04 Oct (KNZ): A woman was killed and her husband was injured in a road accident near Baroosa area of Ganderbal,under the jurisdiction of Lar Police station
According to reports that the motorcycle bearing registration number JK05D-2138 collided with a tipper bearing registration number JK01G-1163 in Barosa village, resulting in on spot death of the woman-who was riding as pillion.
The deceased has been identified as Kulsuma wife of Showkat Ahmad Dar, resident of Baroosa Ganderbal.
Sources said and added that a police team rushed on spot and seized the vehicle.
He said that a case FIR No. 42/20 has been registered in this regard and further investigation has been initiated.KNZ
