Bandipora, May 08: Like last year, social activist Khwaja Itrat foundation in collaboration with JK Civil Society Foundation Bandipora on Saturday donated five oxygen cylinders and other medical equipments to District Hospital Bandipora to help fight the ongoing Covid-19.
Itrat, donated five oxygen cylinders and other medical equipment to district hospital Bandipora in the presence of deputy Commissioner Bandipora, Dr Owais Ahmad and other district and health officials.
Itrat has been working tirelessly from the start of Covid-19 pandemic in the district as he helped district administration through various means. He also helped district administration in developing contact tracing website last year.
Itrat said that he donated oxygen cylinders and medical equipments to DH Bandipora to fight ongoing second wave of Covid-19.
He said that people should come forward and provide a helping hand and work in coordination with the district administration and other line departments in these testing times.
He thanked Mrs Sadia for her contribution towards this noble cause. He also thanked Chairman JK Civil Society Foundation Bandipora, Bilal Ahmad Lone.
Itrat also appreciated his team Shabir Ahmad Bhat, Mehraj Ud din Mudasir Ahmad Lone, Khawaja Shahid, Shaizan Nadaf and Zamin Meer for always being at the forefront in these crisis.
Meanwhile, district administration Bandipora appreciated and thanked Khawaja Itrat Foundation for providing oxygen cylinders and other medical equipments which will help fight this ongoing pandemic.
