Anantnag, Sep 21 (GNS): Hours after going missing from her home, a 4-year-old girl died while undergoing treatment at a local health facility here on Tuesday evening, official sources said.
They said that Sheelu Jan daughter of Gulzar Ahmad Bhat from Nagbal Lisser was reported as missing by her family this family. After persistent efforts to locate her, the girl was found lying nearby a rivulet.
The girl, they told GNS, was brought to Sub-District Hospital Kokernag in a critical condition whereupon she succumbed during the administration of treatment.
SHO Kokernag while confirming the death of the minor girl told GNS that facts into the death are being ascertained. (GNS)
