Ganderbal 03 August (KNZ):DDC Kangan-C Mudasir Majeed today paid surprise visit to various Government schools in the his constituency.
During the visit, the DDC checked attendance of teachers, staff and took stock of the infrastructure besides other facilitates being provided to the students including mid-day meals.
The DDC Kangan-C said that administration is taking care of every aspect of functioning of the schools like availability of school infrastructure, absenteeism among teachers, quality education, better school management besides factors like improving student teacher ratios and student enrollment.
He stressed on ensuring quality education among students with equal focus on imparting moral values.
While interacting with students and staff members, Mudasir Majeed stressed upon developing reading and writing skills.
He called upon the teachers to focus on all round development of students, adding that studies and co-curricular activities should be given equal attention for overall personality development of students.KNZ
