ALC Ganderbal directed to Project Manager Meil deposit 32 lakhs in labour court within 15 days without fall

Ganderbal, Jan 13:(KNZ): The ALC Ganderbal on Friday issued a notice to Project Manager of Meil company for the compensation of two workers who died due to snow Avalanche at Sarbal area of Sonamarg in Ganderbal District on Thursday.
These two deceased workers were working with Mega Engineering and infrastructure Limited (Meil) Gagangeer Sonamarg Ganderbal.
Taking prompt cognizance of unfortunate deaths of two workmen’s at Sarbal, the Assistant Labour Commissioner Ganderbal Arshid bhat issued notices to Project Manager of Meil company for compensation of two workmen’s who died due to snow Avalanche
Assistant Labour Commissioner Ganderbal said that the two workmen’s namely Balkrishan and Sandeep Singh working with Meil company died in snow Avalanche and we have noticed to Meil company to deposit 16,49,625 which has been calculated as compensation of the deceased men namely Sandeep Singh son of Munshi Singh resident of Padder Kishtwar.While as 15,44,625 which has been calculated as compensation of the deceased workmen namely Balkrishan son of Bansi Lal resident of Padder Kishtwar
He directed to Project Manager of Meil company to deposit the said amount within 15 days without fall.KNZ
