Ganderbal 28 Mar (KNZ):As a part of Civic Action Program; on the directions of SSP Ganderbal Shri Nikhil Borkar-IPS under the supervision of Dy.SP Hqr’s Ganderbal Shri Gh Hassan-JKPS, District Police Ganderbal today organised a Nukkad Natak Show at the Townhall Ganderbal & Govt. Boys Middle School Safapora on the theme Drug Free Society. Various artists of the District participated in the said event & hundreds of spectators witnessed the show.
The artists & students through their performances sent the message to the people to refrain themselves from the menace of Drug Addiction. It is pertinent to mention here that the show is a part of a series of events being conducted by District Police under Civic Action Program.
The Show witnessed an overwhelming response from the students, youth and the general public. Various artists of the District showcased their performances. The main motive & aim of the Natak was to give message about the Drug abuse that has engulfed our society.
Students from various schools of the District also participated in the event & gave a concrete message through their performances to stop drug abuse.
Officers of Civil Administration & the general Public also participated in the said event. Finally, Dy.SP Headquarters Ganderbal distributed momentos & trophies among the Artists, Students for showcasing their talents on the theme.KNZ
