Srinagar, Apr 19, KNT: Police have arrested two notorious drug peddlers in Srinagar outskirts.
These arrests were made by police station Sadar.
The police said that two notorious drug peddlers were arrested with 1.8 kgs of cannabis. The cannabis was recovered from the vehicle used by the accused. Police have seized the vehicle as well.
They have been identified as Junaid Rehman Matto of Padshahi Bagh Srinagar and Ghulam Muhammad Teli son of Abdul Karim Teli of Bijbehara town of Anantnag.
An FIR vide number 24/23 under section 8/20 of the NDPS Act stands registered in this regard. [KNT]
