Kargil, November-29:Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) Rural Development & Panchayti Raj Ghulam Mohammad today inaugurated BDC office Drass.
Shabir Hussain Ex-En REW, BDC Drass Noor Mohd, PRI members were present during the occasion.
Pertinently the BDC Office has been built under SDP at an amount of 35 lacs by the Rural Development Department.
BDO and BDC office Bhimbat was also inaugurated by the ACD Kargil in the presence of BDC Bhimbat Najma Banoo and concerned officers.
The building is constructed under SDP at an amount of 50 Lacs.
Both the buildings are functional for public carrying infrastructure including internet connectivity.
The ACD instructed the concerned to get maximum benefits of the offices best and advised the field officials should do work withd dedication to implement the government schemes in rural areas.
He stressed PRI member to participate in decision making for employment generation especially under NRLM, empowering the women folk financially.
