GANDERBAL, MAY 24: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Ganderbal, Mehraj-ud-Din Shah today chaired the Weekly Block Diwas at Govt High School Akhal of Block Kangan.
He listened to the grievances of the people and assured time bound redressal.
Local PRIs and the public of Panchayat Akhal and adjoining areas projected different demands and sought immediate redressal of the same.
Several issues were raised during the camp, including development of roads, upgradation of health facilities, macadamization of inner link roads, augmentation of water and power supply and other demands of public importance.
The ADC gave patient hearing to all the demands and grievances and assured that all issues shall be taken with the concerned authorities for their timely redressal.
He also gave on spot directions for redressal of many issues.
The programme was attended by Assistant Commissioner Development Ganderbal, Dr Bashir Ahmad, SDM Kangan, Javaid Ahmad Rather besides district and sectoral officers of various departments.
