Ganderbal 09 Nov (KNZ):On the morning of 09 Nov at 0600 hrs, a civil truck Ashok Leyland bearing registration number PB13 BM 3580 belonging to AJ Roadways overturned on NH1 near Lar PS.
The veh was being driven by Mr Sarabjit Singh, age 42, r/o Patiala, Punjab and was headed from Kangan to Patiala. The vehicle overturned near Lar PS at 0600 hrs and the driver has received minor injuries. There is no loss to any other Human, animal or property.
Immediately the recovery det of 24 RR Bn reached the accident site & provided First aid to the injured driver and recovered the vehicle thereby keeping the NH1 open for the military convoy & civil traffic.
