development the current Acting President of the JKDIA, has been elected as the Secretary North India of the AIDCOC. This dual role will enable Bilal Ahmad Rather to leverage their leadership expertise and drive growth at both the state and national levels.
As Acting President of the JKDIA, Bilal Ahmad Rather has already demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, steering towards achievements like favourable Judgement of the Cadre from Hon’ble Supreme court of India in the year 2023. Now, as Secretary of the AIDCOC, Bilal Ahmad Rather will focus on State as well as national responsibilities, such as national initiatives, policy development, and member engagement
