Srinagar, February 4: Awami Itehad Party (AIP) expressed deep sorrow and condolences over the demise of Haji Muhammad Yousuf Wani uncle of senior journalist and Bureau Chief of Gulistan News Saleem Wani.
In a condolence statement, AIP Chief Spokesperson Inam Un Nabi said, “The passing of Haji Muhammad Yousuf Wani is a profound loss not only for the family but for the entire area. His legacy of goodwill and humanity will always be remembered. We stand in solidarity with Saleem Wani and his bereaved family during this difficult time and pray for eternal peace for the departed soul.”
Senior AIP leader and MLA Langate, Sheikh Khursheed, also expressed grief over the demise. “Haji Muhammad Yousuf Wani was a man of exceptional virtues. His contribution to society and the respect he commanded will remain an inspiration. Our heartfelt prayers are with Saleem Wani and his family,” he said.
