Sumbal, 16th June, CNS: An emergency meeting of All Municipal Chairman Coordination The committee was held in Dak Bunglo Sumbal wherein Municipal Chairman’s from across the Kashmir participated. In the meeting, Municipal chairman’s discussed the demands and the issues they are facing in the field. While speaking on the occasion the senior members of the committee raised the issues of security cover, hike in honorarium and other facilities they were promised but later not provided.
They said that we as Municipal Chairmen have been working tirelessly with local district administration but we haven’t been given deserved importance. According to the central government has been supporting them by one or another way; however j&k administration hasn’t been cooperating with us, they added. (CNS)
