Srinagar, Aug 09:In a shocking incident at Boulevard Road, two women identified as Ms. Urfana Bhat and Ms. Rukhsana, both residents of Nishat, have been apprehended by the Srinagar police for allegedly assaulting and injuring a young girl inside a local shop. The incident occurred today, prompting the authorities to swiftly respond and initiate appropriate legal action.
According to the First Information Report (FIR) filed under case number 119/2023 at RM Bagh Police Station, the accused women are facing charges under relevant sections of the law. Preliminary investigations suggest that a heated altercation unfolded between the accused ladies and the victim, resulting in the young girl sustaining injuries. Fortunately, the victim’s condition is reported to be stable, and she has been transferred to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
