We have applied three times for different posts in JKSRTC Department:-
In 2014 we have applied for different posts(Contractual Basis) in JKSRTC department vide Adv No. DIP/J-157P against the cash payment of Rs 100. Later department conduct the interview for different posts. After one year we approached to the department and Managing Director he said all records were damaged with flood so new recruitment process will be conducted.
In 2016 , The department started the New recruitment process (Permanent Posts) vide Adv. No 1121 / 2016 dated 29-10-2016 against the payment of Rs 50 in the shape of DD.
Students are waiting for further process. Instead of interview / Written, the department advertise new recruitment (contractual basis) in 2018 against the online payment of Rs 200. After Few months they have uploaded ineligible/ eligible list. And in the month of January (29th -30th ), department conducted the written exam. After 15 days they have uploaded merit list. Then in 25th Feb. they have upload short list.
Respected Sir, With change in MD, new advertisement came, this thing happened in twice and now New MD came (Mr. Bilal Sahib) and he is on toes to cancel the previous advertisement and initiated new recruitment process.
The officers of JKSRTC department have repeatedly played with time and hard work of aspirants put for the exams but these officers are never held responsible and no actions have been initiated ever .It is also to be informed that official held responsible for cancelling the recruitment two times.(2014 & 2016)
We met concerned officials Advisor /Divisional commissioner/ MD / Principal Secretary / Special secretary / Additional secretary but no body helps us.
The Department have looted Rs 350 per candidate. I.e. means they have looted approximately 35 lakhs till now. I belong to poorest family. I have suffer a lot.
IT IS PUNISHING THE ASPIRANTS FOR NO MISTAKE OF THEIRS.
Youths of Kashmir are in mentally depressed as they dont see any hope for future.
It is the corruption system who makes us to choose wrong way . we Have no option left except you. We are sure it is not impossible for a statesman like you whose priority is to work for the betterment of state in general and in building the career of the youths of J&K in particular. We were made to wait for 5 years and the wait still continues . Now many of us have gone over age or at the brink of getting over age. This would be a grave injustice to us if this recruitment will be cancelled.
