Bandipora: Army’s Manasbal Rastriya Rifles Battalion, along with the 4015 Field Hospital, on Sunday conducted a medical camp at Mukhdamyari village in Hajin tehsil of Bandipora district to provide basic health facilities to people residing in the rural areas. A large number of locals, including children and the elderly, visited the camp and consulted the doctors. The genuine medical needs of the people were addressed, with free medical advice and medicines provided to the attendees.

The teams of Army doctors, supported by the 4015 Field Hospital, provided treatment to patients from different areas that lack adequate medical facilities. The army doctors also educated the general public about the prevention of various lifestyle diseases. The medical camp saw an overwhelming response from locals of nearby villages, with many expressing their gratitude for the services provided.

Raja Begum, a villager who attended the camp, told reporters, “We are from a poor village. I got the check-up facility here and they gave us the required medicines. I am extremely grateful to the Army.” The villagers appreciated the initiative and suggested that such medical camps be organized regularly to benefit the community.
