Shopian, Mar 12 : An attempted robbery at an ATM in south Kashmir’s Shopian was foiled, resulting in the failure of the miscreants.
The criminals had to leave empty-handed after failing to break the shutter.
Reports reaching that the , unidentified burglars attempted to steal cash from the Jammu and Kashmir bank branch in Pinjoora, Shopian. However, they were unsuccessful as the cash remained secure behind a broken lock and shattered glass.
The bank authorities have also assured the public that the ATM is safe and undamaged.Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of this incident.
