Bandipora: 25 August 2021 : Bandipora Police continuing its unceasing efforts against social crimes, arrested an absconder/ accused who was evading his arrest from last 06 years.
Bandipora polic received a warrant issued by the Hon’ble court of Addl. Special Mobile Magistrate Beerwah Budgam,against one person namely Abdul Hameed Khan R/o Ab Gafar Khan R/o Panzigam Bandipora on 28-12-2020 who is involved in criminal cases and was absconding since 2015.
Acting on a tip-of about the presence of the accuses absconder at a specified location, a police team headed by SHO PS Bandipora Inspector Showkat Ahmad under the Supervision of DYSP HQRS Bandipora Shri Mohammad Idrees-JKPS arrested the accused on 24-08-2021.It is pertinent to mention that the said person is indexed as bad character.
