Bandipora police continuing its action against illegal timber smuggling seized illicit forest timber in Aloosa.
Acting on specific information about forest timber being dumped in a cowshed in village Chechinar Aloosa , a police party of Police Post Aloosa led by DO P/P Aloosa SI Sahkeel Ahmad under the supervision of DYSP HQRS Bandipora Shri Mohammad Idrees-JKPS raided the particular spot and recovered 09 logs illicit forest timber from the cowshed of Makhna Chechi S/o Moj Din Chechi R/o Chechinar Aloosa.
In this regard Case FIR under relevant sections of Forest Act has been registered in PS Bandipora and investigation taken up and a massive manhunt has been launched to nab the accused person.
