Srinagar Mar 13: Body of missing lady from Boniyar area of Baramulla has been found from river Jhelum in North kashmir, officials said on Sunday.
Official sources told Kashmir Dot Com (KDC) that a dead body of lady identified as Shazia Akhter daughter of Muzzafar Ahmad, a resident of Azadpora- Boniyar was spotted by some locals in river Jhelum near Chandanwari Baramulla who accordingly informed the local police.
They said that police have reached the spot and took the body into their custody.
The body is being handed over to family after medico-legal formalities and further investigation in this regard has been taken up, they added.
