Ganderbal September 13: Govt Boys High School Theeru Ganderbal celebrated its Annual Day function with great enthusiasm and fervour in the premises of High School, here today.
On this occasion, Chairman SMDC Haji Mohd Sultan was the chief guest.
The function was presided over by the Mohammed Shafi Khan, Headmaster of the School.
This programme was started with the recitation of Quran followed by Naat.
Welcome speech was presented by Reyaz ul Haq.
During the celebratory function, several cultural programs, topics, skits, solo songs were presented by various groups of students which were highly appreciated by the audience.
On that occasion, the Headmaster of the School appreciated the performances of the students and said that these functions provide a platform to students where they can showcase their hidden talents.
He said that the students here are talented and they have proved their mettle at district as well as state levels.
Meanwhile, Haji Mohmmad Sultan, the chief guest who presented an informative lecture and shared some good messages among the students.
He also hailed the contribution of the Higher School and congratulated them for organising such fruitful programmes and wished them good luck in future
