Handwara, Dec 16 (GNS): An Alto car driver was hospitalized after sustaining injuries in a road mishap in Handwara area of North Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
Reports reaching GNS said that two private cars – an Alto JK05J-3377 and a Santro JK09 9301 – collided against each other near Environment Hall Handwara, resulting in injuries to the Alto car driver.
The injured driver identified as Syed Sameer (24) son of Syed Mohammad Hussain, a resident of Sheeri Baramulla was evacuated from the spot and taken to District Hospital Handwara.
A senior doctor at District Hospital Handwara told GNS that the injured person is being treated. “He may be however referred to any tertiary hospital at Srinagar for advanced treatment”, the doctor said. (GNS)
